Website packages

Website packages are a one-time payment, made through Upwork Direct Contracts once the scope is agreed. What can be refunded depends on how far the work has progressed.

Care plans

If an Essential Care or Growth Care plan has not been used at all, you can request a full refund within one month of payment. Once any part of a plan has been used, it is no longer refundable.

Domain and hosting

Domain and hosting are paid directly to their providers, not to FixLyra, so they are not covered by this policy. Any refund for them depends on the provider’s own terms.
